After enrolling, you have extended access to the program and all of the materials. In addition, you'll have access to WE-I resources on an ongoing basis within the Practitioner Portal, where we keep updated versions of tools and resources to use as a WE-I Coach. The Portal will become your primary resource for what you need as a practitioner.

Attendance is an important element of the training for best learning, engagement, and practice. We understand that you may have other commitments on occasion during scheduled sessions. Each session is recorded, and we ask that you review the recorded session and provide a reflection on the missed session to account for CEUs. We do have several sessions that rely fully on engagement and practice (and the recording will be insufficient to gain the practice needed). In these circumstances, we'll work to schedule a make-up if and when possible, though this is not guaranteed and depends on the availability of our faculty.

Our student-to-teacher ratio and small personalized classes are some of the features that make our WE-I Team Practitioner Certification training unique. Training cohorts include anywhere from 15 to 25 trainees, and we incorporate learning triads and breakout rooms to support an immersive learning experience. Live sessions are facilitated by Alison Whitmire, President of Learning In Action, and supported by Master WE-I Practitioners.

Yes, this course's live sessions (and weekly learning partner meetings) are entirely virtual, conducted via video conference on Zoom. The cohorts are intentionally kept small for optimal interaction and a personalized experience. And, you can learn in the ease, comfort, and convenience of wherever you are.

All training sessions are recorded for your convenience. You’ll have unlimited access to view and listen to each recorded session whenever and however many times you’d like.

The program curriculum richly supports you as you develop your ability to both interpret and debrief the WE-I Profile with teams. There is a final team project at the end of the program, with an opportunity to demonstrate the team skills you have been developing along the way.

Yes, we encourage you to invite colleagues who would also benefit from being certified in using the WE-I Profile with teams. You will receive $100 or a WE-I Profile credit when someone you refer signs up. If three or more colleagues register together, you will each receive a 20% discount off of the full training cost. Contact us for more information and to receive a group discount code. 

We are committed to providing a clear and equitable refund process for our training programs. Here's an overview of our policy:

Student Withdraw

If you choose to withdraw more than 30 days prior to the first live session of training, you may request to receive a full refund or have the paid amount applied to a future training.

Regrettably, withdrawals within 30 days of the first live session of training are not eligible for refunds. However, upon your request, we can add you to the waitlist for our next training and the paid amount can be applied as a one-time credit toward that training (if you cannot attend the subsequent training, no refund will be provided and no further transfers will be allowed)

Class Cancellation

Classes may be canceled for a myriad of reasons. Should your class be canceled, you may receive either a full refund or a credit for a future class. Please note that for in-person training, we are unable to reimburse expenses such as hotel, travel, or car rental costs.
