Let's Get Started

Please WATCH THIS video with important information from our Training Director, Shani Feyen.

Please follow the steps below to prepare for your experience:

1. Confirm Your Email

To ensure you receive all communications and reminders from Learning In Action, please add both our Customer Service ([email protected]) and Training Team ([email protected]) emails to your allow list. Click here for instructions.

2. Complete the WE-I Profile

Within one business day, you will receive an invitation from [email protected]. Click on the link you receive to set up a password to access the Portal and complete the WE-I Profile. (Note: The link will expire after one week after you receive it). Set aside 45 minutes to complete the WE-I Profile.

3. Schedule Your Debrief

Once your WE-I Profile is complete, in 1-2 business days, you will receive an email from [email protected] with your results. In that email, you will also find instructions on how to schedule and prepare for your 60 minute debrief with a Master Practitioner.

If you are a Coach, you will schedule a 75 minute debrief which provides an additional 15 minutes upon conclusion of your debrief to learn about and ask any questions you may have about WE-I Practitioner Certification Training.
